Join us for a baby-wearing dance party during our Postpartum Support group on April 8th! Get moving with your little one securely snuggled close in a carrier, all while dancing to fun, upbeat music that lifts your spirit and energizes your body. No dance experience is needed and we promise NO ‘Baby Shark!’
Please bring your own baby carrier – any style that provides good support and keeps your baby safe and secure against your body. Also please dress comfortably, bring a water bottle, and yoga mat if you have one. You should be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared for exercise. Space is limited so please let us know you’re coming by emailing amity@daraluzhealthcenter.org

Dar a Luz is proud to announce a new support group for those who identify as perimenopausal or menopausal women/people. Our first group will be in person at Dar a Luz on Sunday April 19th from 4-6pm. We will gauge how we move forward with dates and times based on attendance. At least one Dar a Luz staff member will be moderating the group. Our hope is to offer this group in person at least monthly. And we hope to have speakers and other educational offerings. Mostly, we want to create a safe space for those of us in midlife to meet and discuss life— the challenges we face as well as the liberation of this time in our lives.
Snacks always provided. Donation requested but not required to attend. Please consider bringing a friend or two as well!
