This condensed version of our Inspired and Intentional birth class covers stages of labor, useful coping techniques, postpartum and common interventions at the hospital. Feel more informed, relaxed and confident about what to expect in labor and birth especially in the hospital setting. Taught by our awesome Educator Amity and fabulous Nurse Practitioner Krystal.

This is a 2 part series but only one registration is needed for both classes. August 15th and 22nd from 2 – 5pm

Cost is $150

In this class you will learn how to figure out what your baby needs and understand their communication cues. Learn about normal newborn behavior and appearances and what to do if something doesn’t seem right. We will focus on the basics like diapering, holding, swaddling (bring your own blanket if you have one), and burping and much more! This class is 4 hours long with a 30 minute lunch break. Typically scheduled monthly.
