Our classroom is available for rent by the hour or day, for educational purposes including seminars, workshops, business meetings, continuing education courses, training or professional events.
Comfortable & Functional
Our tables each have their own power supply underneath, and can be configured into a variety of arrangements, moved to the side of the room to allow for floor space. We also have up to 20 folding chairs available for use. A large dry erase board and easel is available. The bathroom is conveniently located next to the classroom and we do have an additional bathroom down the hall.
Audio-Video Equipment ($25)
Audio-Video equipment is available and allows for connection to most Apple or PC computers. Also included is free internet access. We also have a wireless speaker available.

Our facility is located in the heart of the village of Los Ranchos and is easy to get to from I-25 and Paseo del Norte.

1-5 registered participants – $50/hour
6-10 registered participants – $75/hour
11-15 registered participants – $100/hour
Rental time is based on how long you physically occupy the space; includes set-up and break-down.
